About me..

M y love for drawing began at the age of 12 when I was introduced to comic books.  I was forever changed and I decided I wanted to be an illustrator.  I studied illustration at the San Francisco Academy of Art.  After an enlistment in the Army, I settled in Tampa, Florida where I finally started to draw comics for different independent publishers.  I also started painting where my work has appeared in galleries and restaurants throughout the Tampa Bay Area.  I began working with chalk at a South Tampa eatery, my work there became a draw for the store and was featured in Restaurant Monthly Magazine and on Charlie Belcher's local news program.  My first chalk festival was the Clearwater Chalk Festival of 2015 and I've been doing this and working as a freelance artist ever since.  Chalk, Acrylics, and watercolor are the mediums I use the most often.
